Terms of service
These terms describe the intended F1 Dark Web annual access service. They remain subject to professional legal review before launch.
Service and independence
F1 Dark Web is an independent analysis and replay product operated by Openshaw Project Services. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise connected to Formula 1, the FIA, or any racing team. Replay data, maps, geometry, and analysis are presented with their provenance; inferred geometry is illustrative and is not surveyed truth.
Annual subscription
The paid plan is an annual, auto-renewing subscription for one subscriber. There is no paid trial; the Free tier is the trial experience. Checkout is disabled while this pre-launch site is under review. If launched, the subscription will renew annually unless cancelled before the next renewal date.
Cancellation and access
Cancellation stops the next renewal and preserves access through the already-paid period. A failed renewal enters a seven-day grace period. Access can recover when payment succeeds during that period; after grace, access may be suspended until the subscription is current.
Support and billing roles
Contact support@f1darkweb.com for product or access support. Paddle is the buyer billing support contact for Paddle receipts, payment method, or charge questions. Openshaw Project Services is the seller and service operator.
Mandatory rights and review gate
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer, cancellation, refund, privacy, or other rights that apply in your jurisdiction. These terms, and the product and privacy notices, require professional legal and privacy review before launch. That review is a live launch gate.
